Hello,

* There can be numerous reasons for finger pain, which may be from the autoimmune complex-mediated issues with small joints of hands, chronic immune compression with post-transplant medications or else.

Primary relief with analgesic medications as paracetamol or else would be the best option as other NSAIDs will be contraindicated due to past renal transplant history.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
