What Causes Severe Pain In The Groin Area?

I had extreme pain go from back right side down into front groin are could not walk move or sit up.....now I currently have a swollen abdomen side pain by ovaries and blood in my urine.....i have been checked for kidney stones already through ultrasound and nothing showed up

Your symptoms says you might be suffering from acute Urinary Tract Infection.
As you have mentioned you have experienced blood in urine, you need medical attention. Your doctor might give you some diuretics and antibiotics.

Drink a plenty of water.
Coconut water and Cranberry juice will definitely help you.
