What Causes Severe Pain In The Groin Area?

Not during Sex, When I m asleep I wake up with a erection and severe pain in lower groin area, Happens Once every 2-3 months. Pain is more like under between legs, not testicles area. I m 51, 230 Lbs. , very light High Blood pressure. I take Losartan 100mg and Pantoprazole 40mg a day , and Alprazolam .25mg when needed to help me sleep (Night shift worker). I did a colonoscopy 3 years ago-all good. No High Cholesterol. My average Blood Pressure is 115/76 at 67BPM

Hernia Test
x ray and ultrasound
CBC
