You appear to be suffering from ureteric calculi (if chronic post operative pain has been ruled out). You will need to get an ultrasound scan to diagnose the same.
The scan will also serve as a review post hysterectomy. drink lots of water, keep yourself hydrated. Mefenemic acid with Diclofenac can help with the pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Adnan Sayeed,
