Hello,

By your history and description, the possibility of internal musculoskeletal injury is more likely.

So better to consult an orthopedic doctor and get done a clinical examination, x-ray, and MRI of the affected area.

You will need a painkiller, anti-inflammatory, and immobilization of hand. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Kaushal Bhavsar, Pulmonologist
