What Causes Severe Pain In The Hands And Fingers?
My hands hurt horribly due to arthritis in them I think. It s much worse at night causing wakeful nights. My thumb, index finger and middle finger are basically numb, the pain is jabbing and my hands feel like they are burning. Have tried pain pills, tyelenol, anelgesics, hot & cold treatments. Would acupuncture help?

Acupuncture can relieve the symptoms. Anyway I would also recommend using a painkiller in case of pain such as Ibuprofen. Heat compresses can also be very helpful in this case.
