What Causes Severe Pain In The Head And Stomach?
My friend s head and stomach hurt very badly. It happened a while ago. I don t know if it s stress or dehydration. She said it started when she looked at her test scores. My other friend s mom is a nurse and she said it s dehydration, but I don t know.

Stress and dehydration both can lead headache and gastritis as well
If dehydration history present then hydration maintained with lots of water
Here stress seems obvious cause as symptoms started after test score
For stress yoga, exercise beneficial and support your child and discuss all issues related to stress
If needed psychiatrist help can be taken for stress
For gastritis take pantoprazole tablet for week
If headache more paracetamol can be prescribed
