What Causes Severe Pain In The Hip Bone?
What causes the actual tail bones to hurt forever when you are doing yard work, I guess its a tail bone, maybe called a hip bone, I really don t know. Its dealing me tremendous pain. Can t get yard work done because of the severe pain.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. In that case, you have to get an MRI scan done.
