What Causes Severe Pain In The Hip When Diagnosed With Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Right hip pain. Noticed bone protruding in right inner foot and when walking knee makes clicking sound. I was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis when I was 17 years old I am now 66. Have had hip pain all my life on and off but never had this bone sticking out of my foot. My leg feels like it is out of alignment. I wonder if an x-ray is needed.
