What Causes Severe Pain In The Knees?
For the past 6 months when I am in bed at night both knees throb for several hours. They don t hurt just throb continuously. I rarely experience this during the day. I haven t been able to get a full nights sleep in months. Dr. prescribed Mirapex thinking it might be RLS. No X-rays or any test taken to rule anything out. Please help!!!

Consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan done to rule out possibilities like ligament or tendon involvement.
As of now, analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol can be taken.
