But nothing regarding the real diagnosis. You have not checked your left ear to rule out infection or any other inflammation. Next, possible shingles is to rule out by neurologist as you are also having eye implications. You need to determine the right diagnosis first, then, treat it adequately. Antiinflammatory meds might not be enough to relieve pain and solve your case. By the way, Chymoral forte is another potent anti-inflammatory med.
