hi...Im 52 yr old healthy male.Never had any major medical issues so far...I stop eating meat about 6 months and only eat fish and sometime chicken.Im not diabetic or a smoker..Just last Sunday I had a throbbing like pain on my left foot around the top area of my foot and and arch.Its been 5 days.I have trouble standing and walking with the sharp pain restricting any movements.. I seldo, exercise and i dont run.The pain gradually increase while I was just watching TV
Hi Sir. Just check your Blood Uric acid levels. Some vegetables like Cauliflowers and Brinjals have high Uric acid content. There is a Gout like condition developing if Uric acid is produced more or excreted less from body and also if ingested more. Rest there isn't anything worrisome. Just keep some fruit juice with a pinch of salt handy in case you have them again-may simply be electrolyte or hypoglycemia cramps.
