What Causes Severe Pain In The Left Quadrant Of The Body With Constant Burping?
Im 27 years old and I ve had one ovarian cyst last year September 2015 but it was benign and it went away with my next menstrual. For about a month now I have been having moderate, frequent pain in the lower left quadrant of my abdomen. IT radiates to my lower lumbar and my thighs. My menstrual was 2 weeks late last month (October 2016). I m burping and urinating more than normal. I become short of breath at times too. I don t have health insurance and am debating should I go to the emergency room. Please contact me.
Hi, From the region of pain (LLQ), we can suspect pathologies (left sided) like ureteric stones, ovarian cysts, tubal diseases, infections of descending colon, rectum and bladder . You may need a scan of abdomen which may help in diagnosing the problem. So consulting your GP is the best choice. Meanwhile, you can try plenty of fluids, cranberry juice and drugs like dicyclomine once or twice a day. Hope this will help.
