What Causes Severe Pain In The Leg Joints?

Hello. I Have been having a ton of pain at the top of my thigh joint... like if I were to lift my leg, right where it would be lifting from? I was thinking HIP pain at first, but it s in the front, i guess it could be pelvis/groin as well? The pain is a constant ache/throbbing pain and it radiates down the very front of my thigh. This is happening on my right side. I have a little pain in the same joint on the other leg, but not much at all where as the right side is getting very bad. Would this be arthritis? bursitis? tendonitis? hip/pelvis? Just trying to have an idea so I can try some natural ways of trying to get out of pain. Thank you

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
