Hi,

It is due to various reasons such as vitamin D deficiency which happens in chronic kidney disease so you may have developed osteoporosis.

Moreover, you may have fluid retention issues which are causing it more. It is better to report the emergency room for proper evaluation and assess the functions of kidneys.

You may need vitamin and nutrient supplementation and other drug therapy to address this issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
