Hello friend, what you have mentioned is highly irrelevant. Kindly cross-check few things-Stone size? if its size is 4mm only never go for surgery. The stone till 7mm size normally passes through urine.
Take following precautions
Drink plenty fluids (at least 2 litre urine output necessary)
Syp Alkasol 15 ml with a glass of water at bed time
If urine microscopy is positive for pus then take Tab
Norfloxacin 400 mg twice a day for 7 days or
Levofloxacin 500 mg once daily for 5 days
The only problem is you will have Renal colicky again while stone passing through urine. You have to add take one more tablet during pain (while having colicky)
Tab Drotin-M 1 tablet S.O.S, During excessive pain you can continue twice daily for 5 days
If you have recurrent renal calculus then go for following test
24hr urine for uric acid, citric acid, Calcium
Serum Calcium
Serum Uric acid
these will help to rule out metabolic disorders and help to take measures to prevent stone if any.
Most import thing to prevent stone is fluid..fluid..fluid
