What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Back During Periods?
hi, I am 27 year old lady Unmarried from beginning of my periods i had pain problem . My cycle is on time & normal but i get severe pain in the lower abdomen & back also becoz of that i can t do any work & i am taking meftal forte 2 -3 tablet in my menes periods. So i just want to know that there is any side effect for this medicines i am taking this medicine since 6 years. is it safe ?

Causes of Dysmenorrhea can be ruled out by Gynaecologist if no cause then u can have following medicines;
1 Syp Amycordial 2 tsf two times daily for 2-3 months
2 Evening Primrose Oil Cap (SIMROSE 1000) once daily for 2-3 months
3 Cap TAGAR every night before periods and during periods once daily at night 2-3 cycles.
