What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side Of The Body?

Hi lately ive been getting quite strong severe pain in my lower abdomen and right side of body just above the hip bone leading up to and passing a bowel movement its happened every time i need to pass movement (this is the only time it happens) I dont know when its going to happen it comes on quite quickly and doesnt go away till after bowel movement is passed. its happened for about 2 weeks. Getting worse and worse everytime. ive also had 2 lots of random vaginal bleeding (had period 2 weeks ago so am not due) its only been a little bit both the two times any idea what this could be?

Hello madam,
Welcome to HCM.
I went through your concern in depth.
Pain in the lower abdomen can be due a number of causes.
Constipation,Ovulation pain,Kidney stones,UTI,Appendicities,Ovarian cyst or Ectopic pregnancy are the usual causes.
I need to know if you have fever,vomiting,dark cloudy foul smelling urine,your sexual history,A clinical examination and an Ultasound scan to make a definte diagnosis.So my advise is to consult a Gynecologist asap.
