Comes with constipation and bloating and gas and some burping. I think it is sometimes helped if I eat but not totally sure on that. Pain lasts about 2 to 3, hours. Constipation is mostly constant. I feel like I need to go to the bathroom but can t or only a small amount. Pain starts to radiate out after about an hour into an episode . Any help would sure be appreciated. Thank you. YYYY@YYYY
This sounds to be acute abdomen condition and most common cause of narrated site pain is appendicitis, though other reasons as terminal ileal inflammation, a loaded colon can be part of the differential diagnosis.
I recommend a visit to ER for immediate therapy, diagnosis with CT abdomen and definite curative management before it flares up.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
