What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen Radiating To The Groin?

Hi...My husband has had severe pain in his middle lower abdomen that radiates into his groin. The pain tends to be more severe after he eats. What could be causing this? He has had negative ultrasound of his testes, CT scans of his abdominal area that resulted in nothing abnormal. He has had this for sometime now but is unable to get any answers. Any suggestions??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The commonest cause of it is urinary colic but it has been ruled out. If CT is normal, it must be jejunitis or some other abdominal infection.

Give ofox-oz 1bd for a week and revert.dont worry, there is nothing unsalvagable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
