I just woke up from being asleep since 5:00 or 6:00pm my time (it is now 3:47am). I use the restroom and halfway through urinating there is a horribly sharp pain that goes from my navel on the left side to down near my left ovary. There was a lot of stop and go with the urination but even after I was done I had to hold my left lower abdomen and slowly walk to lay down. The pain wasn t cramping or anything, it is still here but no where near as bad as it was in the beginning.
