Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My friend has been in pain for months. He cant get out of bed. He can not eat. He is constantly crying in pain. The doctor said it is kidney stones but they did nothing to help. No medicine or anything. So I have had him drinking tons of water and having a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a day. He has passed 14 stones and hasn t passed any in over a week but he is still in pain. Someone mentioned a ruptured appendix. What are your thoughts?

What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. The symptoms of your friend seem to be related to be related to a kidney stone. I recommend your friend to use Buscopan 10 mg three times a day for the pain. This medication is an antispasmodic (spasmolytic) and anticholinergic drug which suppresses spasms. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
