The pain in the right lower abdomen could be due to many things. It might arise from any organ located in the right lower area, even muscles or
referred pain from the back. One important thing I would love to ask you is If you have fever.
From the intestines it could be
appendicitis which is the inflammation of the appendix
From ovaries it could be infection, cyst, torsion
From infection of the genital organs commonly called PID pelvic inflammatory disease
From the back, you could have hurt yourself with lifting and might have hurt your back and then the pain could be referred to the right lower area and yet the problem is in the back
From muscles, from lifting some of your muscles in the back or abdominal muscles could have been overused and just giving you that pain.
From the urogenital organs it could be
cystitis, it could be inflammation of kidneys, etc.
If I was your doctor, I could ask about fever, about
vaginal discharge, about
back pain, about pain on passing urine or pain in the right flank.
