What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Arms And Chest Discomfort?
Hi I am experiencing a pain across the base joint of my left thumb, lower arm pain and centre chest discomfort. Should i be concerned? (I am male in my late fifties with heart failure, lymph oedema, hypertension, COPD, recurring kidney failure and having had numerous spinal surgery following a training accident which resulted in a neck fracture and extensive damage C6 - T2)

The pain in your thumb seems to be your cervical spinal problem but central chest can be out of your heart trouble.
I would like to advise a detailed check-up by your cardiologist to treat the chest pain first.
