What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Back And Abdomen After Intercourse?

Hi I have just had sex with my husband and straight after started to get the worst pain in my lower back and bottom left abdomen ! I have been getting these pains regular and been examined by doctors and hospitals and can not find any reason why this keeps happening. This pain also happens even without having sex sometimes

Pain at the lowe rback and abdomen after or during intercourse is called dyspareunia. This could be caused by any infection of the genital tract, ovarian cyst, or dryness of the vagina due to menopause (You did not state your age).

Therefore i suggest you get a referral to see a gynecologist, a doctor who treats diseases of the female genial tract, to evaluate and investigate for the above causes. When the doctor determines the cause, treatment would commence.
