Hi.. Thanks for the query.. Your symptoms are indicative of Facial Neuralgia only and is commonly known as Trigeminal Neuralgia.. It can cause short episodes of severe shock like pain and can have a number of trigger points like just a touch on affected part, chewing, blow of air etc can even cause a painful attack.. It needs to be examined by a Neurologist and neurotic painkillers like Carbamazipine and Gabapantin are commonly given to resolve pain.. As they are prescription medications therefore you need to get them.prescribed by your physician once the diagnosis is confirmed.. For now you can take Ibuprofen and of it does not relieve take Tramadol.. Hope this information helps.. Regards..
