General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you don't have urinary symptoms then the pain may be due to the stomach or the bowel. In this case, taking some Omeprazole for the stomach and also taking some fiber supplement (over the counter in pharmacy) to help with the bowel might bring some relief.

If you notice no improvement with this in 2-3 days or you are getting any worse or you have urinary symptoms please see your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
