What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen While Breathing?

Hello, i am a 24 year old male, my appendix starting to hurt slightly last night deep breaths movement and touching it caused it to be in more discomfort. I did not have vomiting a fever or any problems with going to the bathroom. I slept it off last night and today am feeling much better, just a small amount of discomfort today. I do not have health insurance so I push off going to the er as long as i can. I was curious as if there were anything i could do at home to solve the discomfort or to diagnose the exact problem.

I understand your concern and I am sorry about the insurance situation
Appendicitis pain usually starts around your belly button and moves to the right lower abdomen.
Even if you do not have fever,vomiting and abdominal pain is subsiding, it can still be appendicitis and we cannot rule out the possibility without doing a thorough physical examination and lab tests. Even if it is not Appendicitis further work up is needed to rule out other possibilities like diverticulitis,Urinary track infection, Urethral stone
I suggest you go to the emergency room immediately.
Untreated appendicitis can lead to complications like burst appendix and peritonitis, appendicular abscess
Hope the hospital's social worker can help you with insurance .
