Hello,
There are several problems which should be addressed properly. Now, I think, in my opinion, a thorough check should be advised.
Firstly, I would like to suggest a few tests:
1. MRI of the back
2. Whole Abdomen USG (
Ultrasound)
I would like you to do these two tests to diagnose properly and treat your
elevated liver enzymes.
Even, any spinal, muscular problems will show up in MRI result, so, we can arrest any problem that may be disturbing you.
Follow these guidelines to arrest elevated liver enzymes:
A regular exercise such as brisk walking or a 30-minute jog every day can also help in bringing elevated liver enzymes down.
If you are
overweight, you can naturally lower your liver enzymes by trying to lose some weight.
By losing excess pounds, you will not only pull down your liver enzymes, but you will also obtain total health benefits for your body.
To reduce liver enzymes level abstain or limit your alcohol intake to a shot per day. More than two shots of alcohol every day can significantly increase your liver enzymes to a higher level.
You can also bring down your elevated liver enzymes by drinking plenty of water or the recommended 8 glasses of water a day.
This will flush out toxins that could impair or inhibit the liver from its normal functions and it can also help in cleansing your body.
Vitamin A is beneficial in the protection of liver (leafy vegetables and carrot juice contain
carotene which is rice for of vitamin A). Zinc builds resistance to many of the liver disorders.
For liver cleansing detox, one can drink Beet juice daily. Celery is also good for the liver.
Prune whip before breakfast cleanses the liver. Licorice helps inhibit liver cell injury caused by many chemicals. Turmeric is protective for liver and Rosemary tea stimulates a sluggish liver.
For pain, if it is too much, first try
Ibuprofen. If nothing improves, you can go for
Tramadol 100 mg orally every 6 hours as needed for pain.
Drink adequate water also.
Post another question, with the results and we have good doctors here in HCM, anyone can follow you up and can give next course of treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
