What Causes Severe Pain In The Neck And Dizziness?
I have chronic pain and lack movement in my neck. This evening while watching little baseball, I got a little dizzy, weak and wobbly legs, and numb fingers. My lips went numb and had a metallic taste. About five minutes later I was ok. Should I do something?

may be u hav got cervical spondylosis take one MRI scan to rule out...for pain take pain killers and avoid sudden movement of the neck..
