Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely.
But better to get done chest x ray to rule out any internal lung injury because seizure attack can sometimes cause lung damage.
If chest X-ray is normal then no need to worry much.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Avoid movements causing pain.
Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest.
Sit with proper back support.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like Ibuprofen and Thiocolchicoside.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
