What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Arm And Elbow?

Hi due to an injury 4years ago I ve experienced excruciating pain on my right arm ,elbow, shoulder, spine and neck. A tingling stiffness to my hand and fingers. I have restricted movement to my neck which results in my arm pain and just going completely lame if I force my neck . Muscles are stiff sore and very stringy. I have bipolar and I ve been on high dosses of meds for many years. Family has a long line of diabetics but I ve been tested and do not have diabetes. Plse advise . I m a 40year old male

Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.
The injury 4 years ago is not likely to give symptoms so late.
The excruciating pain in your right arm,elbow,shoulder, spine & neck with restricted movements of neck & following symptoms you describe seems to be cervical disc problem of your spine/cervical rib pressing on nerves supplying shoulder to arm on right side/ imaginary physical problem troubling you to sate of depression due to the bipolar.
Investigations & consultation of an orthopedic surgeon would confirm/ exclude the disc involvement.
