Hi my 13 yr old Autistic Nephew has been having severe pain in the right leg,lower back and very swollen in those areas and on the top of his right foot. His foot gets very red and quite warm to the touch. He has been in such pain, he just screams. When this starts happening he cannot put any pressure on the right side at all and he even gets a stiff neck and cannot turn his head. His whole right side including the face gets swollen. He will try to walk but just drags himself and screams. He has been to our local hospital a number of times and also to Boston Children s. Still have no answer as to why it is happening. He was put on naprosen 500 and a muscle relaxant. But without these he is maybe a couple days and right back if not worse the he was. I am so scared and dont know what to do to help him. I am just looking for help.
