What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Leg From The Groin To The Feet?

I have several pain in my right leg from my groin to my feet. Aleve nor Tylenol have helped. Put ice on it and the pain lessened but came back worse when I removed the ice. The pain is about an inch deep. I had a stent in that same area about 6 years ago

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The pain you describe could be caused by tissue response to your stent or osteoarthritis or a strain.Treatment options may include different lines of pain drugs depending on pain intensity, myorelaxants, steroids occasionally and in some cases, physiotherapy.
I will suggest you try the following:
-Rest well and avoid over using leg for some time
-Take a pain drug like aceclofenac
-A myorelaxant like miorel
-Continue with ice pack placement coccasionally
If the problem persist, you see the Doctor to exploit other treatment options or reevaluate the stent.
Hope this will help
Best regards
