What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Leg?

My right leg has been killing me for the past three days and nights, waking me from sleep one the advil wares off. The pain goes from my knee all the way into my foot. It is hard to walk on but at the same time feels like it reliefs some pressure if I stand on it. When I try not to stand on the right leg my foot and toes feel kind numb and hard to curl (move). I have had right knee surgery when I was right at 13yrs and was suppose to have a second but decided not to. I have had pain here and there but not like this. You know, like when the weather changes dramatically. Not sure what to do about my situation. I work 50+ hours a week and am constantly on my feet. What do you think is wrong?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,

Migratory pain may be due to communication through posterior vertebral column. May be trauma resulting in injury to vertebral column which has resulted in pain.Further investigation is required from details of knee surgery done. Scanning required for vertebral column. If lesion can be detected, which might be contributing to the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
