What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Shoulder Blade?

nerve pain or muscle pain across my right shoulder blade.It gives me short bursts of pain not constant pain.Was pain free for over two weeks and started again Not sure what triggers it but wondering if taking certain vitamins or medication would stop it from

I have read and understood your concern.
Pains in the shoulder blade may be caused by many medical conditions.Some possible causes may include:
-Muscle strain from poor posture
-Trauma
-Herniated or bulging discs
-Arthritis/ shoulder osteoarthritis
-Projected pain from heart problems, Gallbladder disease, Acid Reflux
-Nerve entrapment
-Scoliosis
-And others
I willl advise you try the following:
*A pain drug like aceclofenac
*A myorelaxant like miorel
If pain persist, you see the Dotor for examination.
