Thank you for trusting hCM

Your symptoms are suggestive of Frozen shoulder.
However, Xray of shoulder joint needs to be done to rule out associated osteoarthritis.
Please be advised to continue physical therapy as scheduled. You can also take Ibuprofen for pain. Apply ice on affected shoulder.
Steroid injection into the joint can also be tried to reduce pain and inflammation.
