What Causes Severe Pain In The Shoulder Joints While Suffering From Chikungunya?

HI Last month my mother suffered a Chikungunya, now her fever is ok, but she has sever shoulder joint pain along with stretch and pain in shoulder, back, hand and legs vain due to that she is unable to sleep the whole night. I have done some blood test also. The blood report stated that she has higher ESR, uric acid and lower RBC count. she has also had thyroid problem also. The thyroid test report mentions that moring 2-4 am she have higher thyroid while evening between 4 to 7 pm lower thyroid count. Please suggest me what problem she have exactly. Hello,

Please note that she has chikungunya and there is the problem of muscle and joint pains which can persist for a few weeks. After the control of fever, it will decrease slowly. You can take Paracetamol for pains.
