What Causes Severe Pain In The Shoulders And Chest?
Hello Sir, yesterday around 3pm i had acute pain between my shoulder and is cmng in right side chest. I felt very low nd had shortness of breath at that time. Then i had ecg doneat night but the report was normal. Bt still i am feeling the pain.Doctor gave me injection of acidity nd of muscular pain. My age is 39

In my opinion the pain could have been due to reflux or due to muscular spasm.
Less commonly due to cardiac cause
Avoid being empty stomach and also avoid spicy food.
Avoid lifting weights.
Can take oral antacids for 4-5 days.
However if pain is severe and persisting,
a repeat ECG is needed
