What Causes Severe Pain In The Stomach?

I get really really tight pulling pains in my stomach that feel like hunger pains but really intense. I am only 19 and this has been going on for years now and I have had an endoscopy as well as an colonoscopy with nothing showing up. I m 60 kilos and 156 cms tall. any ideas what this could be?
