Im 33yrs old, 5'5" 158lbs. I am having pain in my tailbone. When I sit it hurts, to stand up the pain gets worse. Its also very tender to touch. I have looked and felt to see if it was a cyst and everything looks and feels normal. I am also having lower back pain along with a tingling sensation on my upper left foot. Any clue as to what this may be.

This pain started 9 days ago and I did not fall or injure myself. The day before the pain started I did lift my father a few times to get him in and out of bed.
