What Causes Severe Pain In The Testicles?
I have been experiencing Severe pain in both testicals the pain starts wen i first become erect and gets worse the longer i stay erect it starts in the ball sack it self but continues to make it all the way up to my belly button. Once erection softens the pain will slowly decrease over a few hours. Pain rating would definitely be 8,9 out of 10

There are several possible causes and STD should be ruled out first since this may be sign of infection. Also,this could be epididimitis or urinary infection and urinary stones. You should do ultrasound and basic urine analysis to rule out infection and stones and avoid I intercourse till painful persist.
