General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

It seems you are having acute pharyngitis associated with bronchitis infection

For congestion relief take cetrizine or any other antihistaminic decongestant

Salt water gargle done three times a day

Antibiotic course also can be prescribed

Investigate with CBC and if needed chest x ray

Also check your ASO titre

If dyspnea more and Auscultation suspicious than spirometry might needed for further work up

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult otorhinolaryngologist or physician for examination and discuss all these
