The location is my reason for concern, the upper abdomen almost dead center between my ribs (i think maybe my liver or spleen) honestly i am beginning to freak out Sir or Ma am. Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get evaluated by ultrasound abdomen to rule out gallstones or pancreatitis but if unremarkable likely possibility would be of gastric origin like peptic ulcer disease.

Using antacids like Omeprazole and antispasmodic like Drotaverine can be used. OTC analgesic like Acetaminophen can also help with pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
