Yes. I am having very bad aches in my upper abdomen, and have been experiencing liquid dihereha everytime i have a bowel movement and feeling very nausaus but have not vomited. I am 13, almost 14, years of age. And am not on my period at the moment. I m not sure if i should consult a doctor or not
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Kindly use ORS solution because you might get dehydrated. Use Sporolac sachets. It is probiotic which helps in improving the gut flora. You can take any antispasmodic for now but I personally don't recommend it unless it gets necessary. And there is nothing to worry about.
Hope this information helps you sort out your problems. If you feel it’s helpful then kindly give me a user thank vote. Happy Health! Regards, Dr. Archana
