hi my email is YYYY@YYYY . i was awoken and am still experiencing strong pain, i would say a 8-9 on the scale of 1-10. it is my upper back and arms. my upper back feels like someone is attacking me. my upper arms are really painful also. its mainly my mid to upper back. i am in pain. what is this

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve.

I suggest using a painkiller such as Acetaminophen/Codeine.

If the symptoms continue I suggest seeing a neurologist for further evaluation.
