Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You seem to have vertebral column problems (weakness of bones/vertebral or disc spondylosis) along with your other health issues, causing your back & foot problem of neurogenic origin. You need blood calcium, vitamin D estimation & imaging investigation of vertebral column to detect exact site & cause of the problem. Avoid forward bending, add to nutritious diet, exposure to light sunlight, physical exercises as per physiotherapist's advise would help. This will be followed by specific needful management (calcium & vitamin D supplements/pain medicines/local steroids/physiotherapy or surgery in few cases). Please consult your orthopaedic surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
