What Causes Severe Pain In The Upper Back?
I have been experiencing terrible upper back pain, that moves up and down my back and around my sides and under my breast, for the past 10 hours. I ve taken Tylenol extra strength (2 - 500 mgs) with no relief. I ve never experience this before. Any suggestions?

It could be muscular strain pain. For that, you can be prescribed anti-inflammatory drug like Naproxen or Brufen. I suggest you investigate with X-ray of the spine of affected part for further work up.
