General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What pain you are experiencing at the vaginal opening could be due to muscular spasms of perineal muscles. Some of the females experience such symptoms before menarche.
You can take medications containing Ibuprofen with Chloroxazone after food, which helps to overcome pain and muscle spasm.
Also, practicing and doing regularly pelvic muscle relaxation exercises would help to avoid such symptoms.
Once you start menstruating regularly, these symptoms should gradually subside.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
