What Causes Severe Pain In Vagina During Intercourse?

For over a year I haven't been able to put a penis in my vagina because the pain is too much it makes me feel sick! I have been to see soo many doctors and gynecologists, I've even had an operation to remove my hymen ring as it was thought I could be too tight down there, but this didn't work! What is wrong with me?!

Pan in female during sex is called either vaginismus or dysparunia.
As you have already consulted many doctors probably you have tried some of things.I would like to narrate form my side. You can choose if you have not gone for the same of them.

You can use dilator which is like stick and come into different diameter. you can gently increase the diameter size and with daily practice you can enter dilator sufficiently to size of penis. After that you may allow entry of penis without any pain.

If still not succeed, there is only choice to consult a psychiatrist.
As many of vaginismus problem have psychological component.Due to this when penis enters the vagina,female subconsciously tight the perineal muscle of vagina and make vagina constrict so pain is there.

Treatment is psycho dynamic counseling related to sex.Relaxation technique and kegel exercise.

So move forward for your treatment and all the best.
